Yeomans Business Solutions provide two distinct and simple types of service for our customers.  The more traditional managed service; and a flexible ‘Pay As You Go’ service.

managed service

Our Managed Service gives you the support for your IT Systems.  It is cost effective as it gives you a fixed figure to budget for IT each month and an allotted amount of support time.  The service provides you many benefits, these include:

Advice and Consultancy - Priority Service - Software Updates - Maintenance - Software Upgrades - Troubleshooting - Issue Resolution - Installations - Backup Checking - Training

The price is dependant on the number of PCs and servers you want covered. This scheme comes with a Service Level Agreement, guaranteeing response times.

pay as you go


The PAYG system provides customers with a more flexible IT Service.  The PAYG scheme has been set up for customers who do not want to pay a fixed monthly fee and are looking for a more flexible system allowing them to have IT Services when they need them.

purchase hours in advance


Another flexible service scheme; giving you the ability to buy hours in advance or at regular intervals.  This scheme runs alongside the PAYG scheme but gives the security of having ‘hours in the bank’.   

Specific Customer requirements (e.g. installations) will be quoted for as per the individual job’s requirements.
